Deliveries for orders, once dispatched are subject to the delivery location and the mode of delivery selected, which are liable to some humane delays.
We perform several quality checks before dispatching the products to our customers to ensure top quality and service. However, if you're still not satisfied with our product(s), you have every right to return it, but before doing this, let us take your attention to some significant points :
The product that you wish to replace or return is a traditional handcrafted product crafted by local artisans of Sanganer. If the reason for changing/replacing the product are some slight flaws or imperfections like color or print, then we would wish to inform you that these imperfections are not flaws but meant to add to the character of the product that give each style a sense of human touch.
Besides these variables, if you are still not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Please read below our return & exchange policy before you return any product.
Please note: that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items, unless there is a defect or different from its description.
FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
1. Eligible products can only be returned/exchanged within 10 days after deliver date. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and the original packaging of the merchandise to be returned is intact. (Note: If we don’t receive our product as it is then a certain amount is to be deducted from the refund based on the product condition)
2. Despite this not being a high probability, if you get a damaged product please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo of the damaged product with the bar code via given mail (email@example.com) or phone (9983508166).
3. No exchanges or refunds will be made against products which have been altered, sale products and products that are not eligible for return/exchange. (Note : Please note which products are eligible for returns before purchasing)
4. We have third-party shipping aggregators and we have chosen these very carefully. In case of any confusion with the shipping partner, delivery or any issues with any in-transit delivery, Team Shilpi is not liable and will not be held responsible for issues. We would recommend that you avoid packages with suspicious packaging or attempts of multiple deliveries, even when you've placed one order only.
5. For Return/Exchange the Team Shilpi must receive your return request and once your return request is approved from our end, we will arrange for a return pick up within 3 business days from the date of request.
6. We aim to process refund request within 15 business days, we will initiate the refund once we ensure we received the item and it has gone through all the quality checks.
7. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
8. In case of reverse pick up customer has to bear the subsequent costs of the following:
- reverse pick : NR 199
- second-time delivery: INR 199
9. Items purchased on Sale are not eligible for refunds. Only exchange requests will be entertained.
10. Exchange orders will be treated as new orders and will follow the respective shipping timelines mentioned above
Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
