Deliveries for orders, once dispatched are subject to the delivery location and the mode of delivery selected, which are liable to some humane delays. 

Returns and Refunds policy

  • We have an exchange-only policy at the moment; Customers are entitled to an exchange if they don't find the product(s) true to their size
  • We request you go through our specified size chart for accurate sizing so that you do not encounter any sizing issues. 
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging box. You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase
  • We do not offer any refunds on the order. However, In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an alternate product of the same amount or store credits will be issued to you which can be used within 6 months from the issue date
  • Exchange window: 7 days post-reception
  • We request you to reach out to us at to arrange the reverse pick-up, for the same the customer has to bear the subsequent costs of the following:
    •  Reverse pick: INR 199
    • Second-time delivery: Additional INR 199
The return pick-up request will be raised as soon as payment is received. The exchange products will be shipped as soon as the package arrives at our office and passes quality control. It takes 10 to 12 working days to complete this entire process.
When store credits for return orders are being issued for exchanges - in the case of paid orders, the Shipping Amount Cost + Return Pickup Cost will be automatically deducted from the issued store credits.


  1. Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and that the original packaging of the merchandise to be returned is intact. (Note: If we don’t receive our product as it is then a certain amount is to be deducted from the refund based on the product condition).
  2. Despite this not being a high probability, if you get a damaged product please ensure to inform us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo and unboxing video of the damaged product with the bar code via given mail (
  3. No exchanges or refunds will be made against products which have been altered, used or do not meet the criteria/duration of the exchange. 
  4. We have third-party shipping aggregators and we have chosen these very carefully. In case of any confusion with the shipping partner, delivery or any issues with any in-transit delivery, Team Shilpi is not liable. We will not be held responsible for issues. We recommend that you avoid receiving packages with suspicious packaging or attempts of multiple deliveries, even when you've placed only one order.
  5. For the Return/Exchange Team Shilpi must receive your return request and once your return request is approved from our end, you can check with us to arrange for a return pick up within 3 business days from the date of request.
  6. We aim to process refund requests within 15 business days, we will initiate the store credits to your account once we ensure we receive the item and it has gone through all the quality checks.
  7. In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
  8. Exchange orders will be treated as new orders and will follow the respective shipping timelines mentioned above.
  9. Due to the mischievous behaviour of field delivery executives in the past, we are trying to take some strict measures as a precaution to protect our Shilpi handicraft family. For this we request you to take a photo/video of the return package (while you pack), and also while you hand over the products to the delivery executives, along with the image of the delivery person for reverse pickup, this is to ensure that the products reach us safely and follow the pattern and for a seamless exchange process. 
  10. Please check your account, or email regarding the ordered items as we always ship the complete order. A partial order will never be shipped by us unless any prior information is provided by us
  11. Our shipping label mentions the description of the products contained in the parcel please match with the descriptions on the parcel while receiving the product(s).
  12. Complaints regarding partial orders or incorrect sizes being sent will be entertained receiving the order only with the unboxing video, shipping label photo and the contents received in the received parcel within 48 hours of receiving the order. Under no circumstances, complaints of partial orders or incorrect sizes will be addressed outside 48 hours of parcel delivery.
  13. For exchange, return requests, and complaints, all communication must be made through our email: Queries made through this channel will be accepted.

Cancellation requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours of placing the order only.
